We want you to love every Shaqtu purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You’ll need proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or discounted items

How to Request a Return

Email us at shaqtu4@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 24 hours of delivery along with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. You can return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, we’ll issue a refund within 10 business days

🔁 For COD Orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed.

🔁 For Card/Online Payments:

  • Refunds will go back to your original payment method.

  • 🚚 Note: Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
